So last night as I was dropping off to sleep, and since I've woken this morning, my lungs have felt so bruised that I can't breath deep at all. Swallowing makes them hurt, as well as my throat.

Any idea what's wrong? I haven't been in any fights or done any rigorous activity.

Sounds like a respiratory infection. There is a lot of them going around at the moment, and I'm currently suffering from one. Although I have an upper respiratory infection - i.e. not effecting anything further down than the throat.

That'd make sense, I've just got back from a residential at uni, so I probably caught it there.

So annoying because I've got plans for the next few days, and right now I can't do anything more than walk slowly.
