# Are these correct? watch

1. I was wondering would I definetly get the marks for the circle question?

I was also wondering about some others: It says:

Here is a sequence of numbers:

1 2 4 8 16

(i) What is the rule for continuing this sequence?

I put that the rule of the sequence is that it doubles each time.

Would that be correct?

Also,

Which is fraction is greater 3/10 or 3/11

Explanation = Because 3/10 = 0.3 and 3/11 = 0.27 and I said that 0.3 has greater place value, the 3 does than the 2.

Would those be correct? That was worth 2 marks.

Thank you,
2. Those are correct.

3/10 is bigger than 3/11 because the 3 is being divided by a smaller number (10)
3. You could also put 3/10 and 3/11 under the same denominator.

33/110 vs 30/110, therefore 3/11 is smaller
