    you wat you wat

    YOU WAT YOU WAT

Get your passport and your bikini
You need a holiday, come see me
I know you're tired of the same old scenery
And I could change all that so easily
Don't worry about a thing girl, take a chance
I'll take you to the South of France, like Cannes
    If anyone can I can
Or we can go shopping in Milan
    I just hope you understand
I hope you see it clear
It really don't matter how far or near
Cus there's no distance that can stop my persistence
It's just a few days in the year
Plus I've got clout so let's ride out
We ain't gotta fly, we can just drive out
We can have a rave or we can hide out
I won't tell nobody let them find out

I used to work in a strip club (as a bar maid) and I dont think you have anything to worry about. If he goes regulalry then get rid but a one off visit is most likely just a curiosity thing or he's acting the big lad infront of his mates.

Also dont feel that these women are stunning, they are just normal average girls who dance well! Most are nice women who would never dream of doing anything other than a little dance for the customers.

The main issue is how he makes you feel, he seems to be quite controlling and insensitive in visiting these places if he knows how it makes you feel. Forget the strip club and consider whether he's good enough for you

I couldn't careless if my boyfriend went to one, hell I'd probably go with. But he's a hypocrite for having a fit about your poster and then go out to see naked girls. You should get the damn rabbit anyway.

Ok, i've kinda calmed down now. Told him to think about things and readdress these double standards he seems to have. In the mean time i need my space while i simmer for a few days.

He hasn't really. He's gone to a club to look at attractive women while you're not there.
I don't think it's unreasonable to find that hurtful? I don't understand why so many people are saying it is.

If you're super confident and it doesn't bother you that your boyfriend goes out with the intention of perving on attractive women, then good for you. But why are people having a go at "insane jealous psycho girlfriends" just because they don't like the thought of their boyfriend intentionally getting turned on by other women? It's not like women are the only ones who suffer jealousy - psychological studies will tell you that men suffer far more sexual jealousy than women.

I'm not generally the jealous sort but I personally find this offensive and it makes me feel inadequate and I don't see why it's more important than my happiness. It doesn't make me a psycho freak. It makes me human.

    Rant over.

Totally agreed.... + rep for you. ^_^

I'd be upset/hurt if my boyfriend went to a strip club... I don't have any problem with him watching porn, but going to a strip club is different.

I can be a little jealous, but so can he. It's a very human trait and the whole 'omg you're a jealous psycho *****' thing is stupid.

Him coming back to me is what makes me feel like a doormat. He's gone and perved and got his jollies over these stunning women then comes crawling back to me, the trusty doting girlfriend who'll always be there. To me, he's having his cake and eating it, and im so stubborn, i just do not want to let him.

Jeez it's ONE NIGHT. Everybody looks at other men/women - that's just life! He wont be sleeping with them and what would you rather, that he did it behind your back?!

As long as I trusted him I wouldn't care, if it's just one night window shopping, hell, I might have joined in myself. Regularly, not so much - I would get pissed off.

But girl, he should not be able to tell you what to do while he's doing his own thing! :naughty: Sounds very insecure.
If you want one, bloody get one! Nothing stopping him, nothing stopping you.

all these chicks who are sayig "i dont mind" and acting like theyre so cool and liberal, would be feeling alot differently if it actually happened to them.

he sounds like an ass, sorry.
It's a lapdancing club, not a brothel! Pretty much everyone goes to strip clubs every now and then. Including plenty of girls.

I wouldn't mind if my boyfriend went to a strip club, as long as it wasn't a weekly thing as then i'd feel slightly useless.

    Erm no.

For a start my sig is lyrics from a song. Secondly the lyrics are about cheating - going to a strip club is not cheating.

Why does it matter if it's officially considered cheating or not, if it makes someone uncomfortable? Everyone has different boundaries.

It's a relationship; you have your own opinion on how far the other person can go, not a straight set of rules that say whether strip clubs are ok or not. The OP clearly wasn't comfortable with it so her boyfriend risked hurting the relationship by doing it. Whether or not someone else thinks "it's just a strip club, it's not cheating, get over it" is completely irrelevant.

Woah calm down everyone is entitled to their own opinions! Her boyfriend wanted to go to a strip club and therefore the fact that she wasn't comfortable obviously became irrelevant also.

I'm just saying, there's far worse things a boyfriend can be doing than going to a strip club, it seems so naive for people to think their boyfriends wont be looking at other women from time to time -that's life.
