my arms are too thin

strange problem but my wrist is only 1 an 3/4 inches in width lol and im embarrased about my arms being too thin. Im only small anyway - 5ft and arn't exactly underweight its just the way i am but i hate being really small for 19! Im even self conscious about wearing a T shirt everyone thinks im about 13 years old! Is anyone else like this?

I have small wrists like you, although i'm not that self conscious about them. I'm only 5"2, so i'm little too, i wouldn't be self conscious, people love us petite people!

people mistake me for my little sister's friend when we go shopping - she's 13... i'm not that small or skinny, i guess i just have a baby face. i got asked for id when buying wine in sainsburys last week.

I used to every morning lol i only did chin ups though no dumbells involved, would that really work? or would i look stupid with muscle?

oh me too, I have skinny arms and skinny lower legs and I hate them, all my weight goes on my hips and breasts, I wish it would spread

lol, no way its disgusting. I hate wearing tops that show all my arms and shoulders, cos theyre so skinny and boney, Im a tall girl with long skinny arms, I look like a zombie and I'm not going to even start about my stick legs, I cant wear skirts cos I have skinny long legs, ewww a fat person would not be envious at all, and then to top it all I'm not even a size 10 I wish I could go back to being a size 10.
