I've been very very lucky to be given a second chance at my PhD after withdrawing and not coming back when I should have last year. I contacted the uni and the funding body and thankfully they've agreed to let me back fully funded.

I dropped out basically because I had zero motivation to do it. When I was finishing my MA diss I was questionning every sentence I was writing and basically got myself into a rut thinking I was worthless and would never be able to make a career of this.

    I now feel completely different.

I'd love to hear other people's experiences of Phd-land.

So how is everyone getting on?
