I realise interviewers will pick up stuff on your Personal Statement: for example, if I spoke about allergies, they may ask questions about allergies but: how much SCIENCE is there in an interview?
    - Will they question random things in AS biology and chemistry?
    - Will they randomly just ask you about disease X or problem Y?
    - Will they ask you open-ended questions like: talk about a disease?

Also, I know zilch about the NHS. Where do I go to read stuff about NHS? Are there any good Med-Student websites or should I just go to: nhs.uk?

Lastly, how did you guys prepare for your interviews?

As you see, I'm quite clueless.
