Well I was in a long distance relationship for about 2 months then it fell apart cause frankly it just could never work. I spent a month away on holiday with family and it really helped me clear my head.

now there's another girl, I've been texting her for a bit now and it actually started roughly before my last relationship ended. She's one of the prettiest girls in school and couple of other guys like her too, I'm very close with her sister and she said that the girl is very picky with boys. We're both real good friends but I'm not sure if I want to risk asking her out...

should I take the chance and ask her out? or should I just let it run on for a bit? not really sure what to do!!

    thanks for the help

You could kind of subtley find out whether she could like you in that way. Maybe you could ask her to do things alone with you, like going to see a film or for a meal. If she makes excuses, be wary, but don't be afraid of taking a chance!

Maybe just casually ask if she wants to grab a coffee - just you and her - sometime. Then she can take it how she likes and your dignity is spared if she doesn't feel that way. Still, I'd try and ask anyway, otherwise you'll probably regret it.

Have you just been chatty texting or is it flirty at all? If it's just chatty, try and flirt with her, however she acts back might give you some idea of how she feels
