    About 150cal lol. Coke has 42 calories in it and it's like a 350ML glass I used. So about 150 I'd say.

    Eat something man ! lol. Drink a pint of milk + 30 ML of carnatuon milk mixed. Gives you about 370cals , and you can drink milk really easily.

    Lol don't worry I'll eat alot later, my sleeping patterns messed up so it's messing up my hunger. Summer really messes me up. I do think I need more milk though lol

    Bowl of bacon and lentil soup, 4 slices of bread, an orange, surprisingly little for me! Anyone fancy averaging that out of for me? Not a cllue here.

    Can't be bothered to try and add it all up, but I've had cereal with skimmed milk; 2 slices toast with light philadelphia; and fresh tomato and basil soup so far.
