# Shuttle launch problem watch

1. During the first stage of the launch the shuttle contained 810,700 litres of Kerosene and 1,311,100 litres of Liquid Oxygen. The thrust force was 34.02 MN with a burn time of 150 seconds.
How would I use this information to calculate the total mass of the fuel stored in the 1st stage.
Dont know if this data is needed but:
Liquid Oxygen
Density = 1.141 kg per litre

Kerosene
density 0.81 kg per litre
Energy release, when undergoing combustion with Oxygen: 48.2 MJkg^-1

Liquid Hydrogen
Density 0.071kg^-1
Energy release when undergoing combustion with Oxygen: 1.43 MJkg^-1

Total mass of fuel = litres of oxygen * density of liq oxygen + litres of kerosene * density of kerosene
