Not as a sweeping statement but just to bring up the point. Girls also dress up and spend ages deciding what to wear (not sure how to word it) to impress/ be better than other girls. Sometimes it has nothing to do with attracting men. Just to feel better in yourself that you are the better dressed girl in the room. I dont know for a fact, but i would imagine a lot of men dont care how 'fashionable' the girls outfit is or if it is on trend. Obv they dont want someone who is dressed like a granny but hopefully you get the idea.
I dont think i worded this very well...

In heels I'm 6'3", so a man who is 6' would be shorter. And I would never tell a man to **** off, because that's rude. In return, I expect a bit of respect back. Another standard.

I have standards about the kind of men I go for and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. If you have a problem with me having standards then that is simply your problem, not mine. If having standards like mine makes me seem vain then fine - I have been spoiled by pulling hot guys in the past, and don't see any reason to consciously say I will go for less good-looking guys!
    Lol, good for you.

I don't want to be approached by guys in a club AT ALL! Why do all the guys think that a club is The dating spot? It's not, I just want to dance all night.

She is not 'like 12'. And if you would have seen the other pictures you wouldn't even have bothered quoting me.

You worded it well. When you think about it, it is a repulsive situation:

Girls dressing up and competing with each other, further driving and feeding their own and everyone else's insecurities by making it such a big deal. And then you have the boys who are completely unaware of this and either taking the rejection by acting like ********s or just loosing all confidence and standing in the corner.

Repulsive, yet mildly amusing, it has to be said !

    Exactly.

Women put so much more effort into their appearance - mostly the things men don't really notice i.e. waxing, nails, shimmer etc. And when you've spent time and money looking good, its a real motivator to up your standards. If I've spent an hour getting ready, I'm going to be aiming for Adonis rather than Quasimodo. Fact.

    Pos rep for you.
:lolwut: Really? But he's so veiny! :sadnod:

Also contrary to popular belief girls don't really like it if you dance up behind them and start rubbing your package against their leg. Shocking i know.
sometimes i do like this. but only if i seem like i'm sticking my butt out.
anyway if i were in a club i'd like a guy to come up smiling very sweetly and say "hi, i'm brandon (or whatever). would you like to dance?"

Come to a drum and bass club. I promise you, people are there to rave, rather than pull!

Just totally depends on the club. For example RnB clubs will be filled to the brim with sweet boys looking to pick up girls whereas DnB like you said is somewhat different.

i find this very hard to believe.
Right. I'm not going to deny that some girls want to be approached in clubs. But not every girl does. Believe it or not women are not some homogenous block of clones who all think and like the same things. If you actually live your life INFERING that all women who go to clubs want to sleep with you I imagine you'll get yourself into a bit of trouble.

Although you might find it 'hard to believe' I like to TALK to a guy and get to know him then see if I'm interested. I don't want to get with someone that might be a complete ****, it's not my style. I'm not going to judge other people who do that but that's just not something I'd be comfortable doing myself.

Some people sound seriously frustrated....at some point women go out to pull. Sometimes regardless of gender people don't go out to pull but females and even metrosexual guys make a lot of effort to get ready. I am not saying there is anything with making an effort but girls usually wear wake up and stuff...so to say its to look nice or better than other girls is bull.......is going out an excuse to wear more makeup, shorter dresses?

I love being chatted up, but libraries tend to be better hunting grounds than clubs.

I like it when a guy firstly makes eye contact and gives a cheeky smile, then comes over a bit later and starts with something like "Are you having a nice night?" (perhaps offers to buy me a drink, but thats not a deal-breaker). Then I'll just take it from there.

On the other hand, I hate it when leery guys come over and put their arm around you whilst having a good feel. I had one do that once, then he started kissing my neck :puke:
