Did you get referred by your doctor to get there? If so go back to him/her and say that they threw you out but you desperately need help. Same thing happened to me with CAMHS.

If you are in need or talking to someone, please phone the samaritans, they will be able to advise you and are trained to listen.

whats CAHMS if you dont mind me asking. I dont think they will give me help as they charged me a lot of money and i really cant afford to pay it. and yes my doctor arranged my meetings there.
Every single friend ive tried to contact says they cant speak to me about it, ive had some of their parents warn me they will call the police if i tell their child im suicidal again because it causes them too much distress. Im really quite in a bad way

I got referred to child and adolescent mental health services 2-3 years ago and they threw me out eventually too when I got to the point of having a support nurse. It could be worth seeing if you can get any free treatment from your doctor and at least alerting them that you don't feel ready to cope with it on your own after they didn't help.

That's insane! I understand that it's distressing and people can get upset but they shouldn't be going that far because it's not fair on either of you. It sounds like you could use someone to talk to though. Samaritans are quite helpful I find and you can PM me if you want. Did your doctor ever offer counselling? I preferred it as I had people who didn't seem interested to listen to my problems and it was a good place to vent.
