Yeah, a urinary infection - go see your GP about it, they'll give you some medicine that can clear it up in a few days. Alternatively if it's a minor infection you can try flushing it out by drinking loads and loads of water.

99% sure it's cystitis, i have chronic cystitis and get it 2-3 times a month and it's horrible get yourself down to the doc's tomorrow for some anti biotics, and in the meantime drink LOTS of water and make sure you don't wear thongs/leggings/tights as that just makes it worse. wear loose cotton knickers and try to wear dresses or loose trousers too. oh i feel for you, it's so so annoying isn't it take a paracetamol too to stop the pain and DON'T HAVE SEX because that will definitely hurt it more. get well soon.

Put half a teaspon of baking soda powder in a half cup of water and drink that. Not very nice but its an unflsavoured version of the powdered drinks they would give you at the chemist, and its cheaper. Works wonders if its sore when you pee, the baking soda power turns the pee from bein acidic to an alkali meaning it wont burn. Won't cure it though, you will need antibiotics, normally Trymithoprim, but it will ease the pain.
