    When i was really really in a bad way after about 5 months i found mine, having really good friends and getting out on the town, pissed off my face, and having people there to look after me and make sure i didn't fall down any random building works etc. Then they deserted me, went back to loneliness and depression for another 5 months not found anything else that works so, just sitting here waiting for a miracle

    Music, people (friends), motorbike, car, driving, an enjoyable job, food

    having good friends, that can tell when your feeling crap. (or even that you can tell that you feel crap)

    that then throw bbqs, parties, etc for you. and just generally make sure you dont spend too much time with yourself.

    Talk to good friends, listen to music, workout, sleep, food... Mostly the first two, though, with emphasis on 'good friends'.

    i work out with my ipod really loud in my ears..feel so good after..!

    I call my girlfriend up and tell her I love her.

    If she's not available, I listen to music. Music with happy memories.
