I have had this sharp pain in the right side of my jaw since last night. It was so bad that I kept waking up in the middle of the night. After a few paracetemols the pain reduced and I was able to sleep.
It has been quite painful today but a few hours ago the sharp throbbing returned. I don't know what it is. Could it be my wisdom teeth growing? (i am 18 years old by the way)

Prospective Medic will probably know more than anyone else on here, if you are keen enough on your subject.

Gonna need more than "right side of jaw". Which jaw? Maxilla, mandible? In the actual bone? Or in the muscle? Deep or shallow?

Either way, go to see the doctor.

Could be neuralgia if you're unlucky, (wikipedia it) or could be wisdom teeth. You will never know unless you get a proper diagnosis from a professional.
