    Why are my abdominal muscles so unaligned ? Also is it correctable with intense training ? Thanks

    i think it's alll just genetics....some people don't have the "perfect" looking abs ...you could try to define them a little more?..go down on a little more body fat% etc??......( you know the deal..)...but other than that...i don't think you can change the natural alignment of your muscle groups....

    seperated by tendons

    What Adonis said. The effect of the six pack is given by the tendinous inscriptions which cross the two rectus abdominis muscles. Some people have wonky tendinous inscriptions :dontknow:

    As has already been said, its down to genetics and no training can change it. You can however emphasise the upper and lower portions, which was very popular in the early days of bodybuilding.
