I recently changed my glasses and they're the ones with the clear plastic on the sides to hold the rimless lens in place.

I love the whole look of having almost "invisible glasses"
But it causes a lot of annoyance where i wear them because i can always "see" the plastic on my lens when i see normally. It makes it so hard to concentrate when is study knowing something is permanently in the way of vision and it is always "there".

I know all of this sounds a little over the top, but it does annoy me a lot.
I don't want to change glasses or use contact lens.

Did you guys have the same problem, any advice/comments?

    Thanks so much

I don't mind, I just ignore the rim on mine and my glasses are a thicker frame. Out of curiosity why don't you want to switch to contact lenses?
