Queen Margaret Uni halls? I stayed in those ensuite rooms for a year and I think I remember you can sign to have 4 guests a months stay with you. I had my bf stay whenever he wanted though, they didn't notice. (Not that I overdid it or anything, just friday nights sometimes). But there is a guest form you can get if I remember correctly...

Hiya, thanks for replying...I heard there was some sort of accommodation package for couples or something? What if you were married, and you had to complete ur contract in halls?

I'm sharing a room at LSH halls next year. I intend to take someone back to keep me warm at night from time to time. I hope my roommate can live with that.

I practically lived in SOAS halls (though I don't even go to SOAS), I was there almost everyday, stayed for a week at a time and stuff. No one ever noticed, though it was against the rules.

Most halls say that you can't have people to stay overnight, but everybody does. The wardens usually don't notice, or if they do they don't mind, because they expect it. Some places will let you have people over as long as you sign them in.

When I will in halls here one of my flatmates actually moved his girlfriend in

some halls have rules where you have to tell people, for fire reasons, but you can get away with it, unless the person staying starts causing a issue then that when people find out and come down on it
