You can contact ebay itself and ask them how to resolve the problem.
I am also having trouble on ebay, I bought this item and payed for it straight away it has now been 2 weeks and I have not recieved the item. I have sent countless messages and there has been no contact from the seller what should i do?

What is the sellers feedback like? Open a dispute up with Ebay. If you paid with Paypal then you are fine

Did you send the item without the payment clearing in your account? You deserve it then to be honest.

you've been scammed lost your money and your product, and possibly the contents of your bank account, if i were you I get in touch with paypal asap, transfer any money you have in that account to another one and close the account he has supposedly paid you into it.

I can't believe you fell for it!

Why? The scammer will never have touched his Paypal account. He will have had no activity with it at all.

Odeary - I think you've been skanked OP.

My advice: start a dispute with Ebay who should be able to help you out.

Why would the OP lose the contents of their bank account? They were just (supposedly) receiving a payment. I can believe they fell for it, the scammers dress up the fake emails very well, I'm sure if you have other things on your mind it's easy to fall for.

Ive read it online somewhere that what the scammers do is they say they want it posting somewhere, then make up an excuse about a young person having a car crash, or something fatal etc, and that they need it sending to nigeria. And that they offer to pay you over the asking price to compensate, and somehow manage to rob all your money from the bank, this might be a different case though?

NO! Use your head. Paypal never asks you for money. C'mon man, in the future be more careful on the internet, whenever the word Nigeria appears anywhere alarm bells should be ringing in your head, infact, they should be exploding.
