    Hi all.

    Seeing as I upload old adverts and things to youtube as a hobby, I was asking what is the typical University accommodation landlord's attitude towards doing this? Seeing as I am fully protected by a copyright disclaimer (I believe my material that I will upload conforms with sections 29.1 and 30.1 of the copright, designs and patents act 1988 and the copyright holders have no issues whatsoever with me uploading the materal so long as I add a copyright mark and the copyright holder in the corner of the video), would the student accommodation landlord themselves have any problems with me doing this?

    I am looking for help from anyone who stays in accommodation provded by one of these big-company landlords, but anyone staying in CRM-owned accommodation would be of particular help, as I will be staying in some of their accommodation when I move to Bradford in September.

    I welcome any help you can offer

    Do you think it's a realistic probability that you will be caught or repremanded for doing this?

    Maybe it's better to cross that bridge when you come to it.

    Plus thanks for putting the videos up in the first place, I am a bit of an old advert geek and I like hunting down old ads and watching them on YouTube so Im sure Ive enjoyed some of yours.

    Chances are the worst thing that can happen is your videos are removed from YouTube if they break copyright and the owner complains. They wont be hunting you down via your ISP.

    Well i haven't actually uploaded any *yet* (been enjoying such old ads as the original Red car/blue car Milky way ad and the old Mullerice ad)

    But my point is will this be against CRM or University of Bradford's rules?
