Girl on my Road

Theres a girl on my road who is quite attractive and everytime I see her she smiles and says hi. Usually shes with people though so I dont really know how to have a bit better of a conversation. The other day, her and her sister were getting out a car, saw me, smiled, then as I walked off I turned back and they were talking about me coz we both turned back at the same time (funny how that always happens).

Anyways, im not too bad when it comes to girls. But I dont know how to start a bit more of a conversation rather than a hi and a smile. Any advice?
