Still haven't received my student finance forms from job centre plus watch

    It has been exactly a week since I have sent the student finance form to the job centre plus for them to give details of my dad's weekly and annual benefit payments and they still haven't sent it back to me. I can't send the forms back to student finance england for themm to assess my application until they received a completed "confirmation of benefits" which has to be completed by job centre plus.

    Does it usually take this long to get the forms back?

    As you can unsderstand, JC+ will be really busy so a one week turnaround is a bit hopeful. To be honest you are leaving it extremely late for your student finance to be assessed as the deadline was 1 month ago and when i rang earlier in the week, student finance england had an eight week back log!

    Ring JC and ask them to speed things up.

    There were some difficulties for job centre plus receiving the forms (mum and dad) that I have sent them. So I had to send them again. They have sent back the forms of my mum in which I have sent them to the student finance people, but not of my dad, because the forms were lost during the process of mailing. So I've sent the forms (dad) again (provided by direct.gov.uk) along with a letter explaining why the forms were late. It is a week since and I am still waiting.

    It took them a week to send back the forms with my mum's weekly and annual benefit payments. So I thought this applies to my dad's forms.

    mine toook a month phone them and ask them wahts going on its only a week to give some time
