    Don't you think?

Imagine if no-one in the world did any exercise. Ever.

    We'd all be fat.
    Your logic is amazing.

Imagine if we all died. Forever.

    We'd all be dead.

The article is written about a stereotypical 4x4 driving office working woman who works out with less intensity than most people walk down the street with and then sits in an office chair for 8 hours eating hobnobs.

They don't change their lifestyle at all, they simply go to the gym and feebly waltz on the cross trainer for 20 mins and then go home burning maybe 10 cals.

That is why they do not lose weight.

Weirdly enough, I thought it was a woman writing first as well!

Because unfortunately our gender seems to have a hate-hate relationship with exercise, especially with regards to weight training, I've heard 'I don't want to get bulky' too many times, it's so depressing.
