hello i was a student at Exeter college when i was waiting for a crb to come back from my apprenticeship i told them that i didn't do anything wrong because i didn't think that it could come back saying that i have 4 offences of shop lifting for when i was 13!! i was so angry because i didn't even steal i was with someone who did. for this its cost me a really good job. i appealed against it and they wrote bk say in coz i ate some stolen food it and excepted some stolen stuff it will stay on there. also the data protection act told me that in 2006 a new law came in which states that everything you have on your record will stay there untill the age of 100.
