    Yes you're overreacting. I can't see how any of that would offend anyone, I think what you did was just hear 'white' 'black', the n word, and automatically think it's racist. In actual fact many black comedians use the n word pretty much every sentence, which isn't used offensively. He was just making fun of stereotypes - it would be the exactly the same if he mocked a nationality's stereotype; it's completely false, but funny as ****. You need to lighten up - your black mate sent it to you, right? he obviously was not offended by it and wanted to laugh at it with you.

    If the audience and the comedian were white and did the same thing, everyone would scream "racist". I think it's pretty pathetic that that's the only angle the comedian has; the fact he is black and specifically not white. Pathetic. It's not racist no, but it creates clear divides. A them and us situation. P*sses me off.

    Hahaa, I love comedians like that, black people can say what they like and use what words they like without fear or problem. There are a few good black American comedians, Katt Williams is another.

    This was present before MJ died;

    I think that was quite funny. Why are people so easily offended now a days? The thing which I don't like is that if a white comedian did the same kind of thing he (or she, I hear there are female comedians around now!) would most likely be slaughtered for being racist. I think everyone should just chill and if somethings funny and light hearted don't try to read evil in between the lines.

    I find usually that these comedians are satirizing racial stereotypes, which is funny

    Send him a youtube of a white guy talking about black people if you want (this might be a little obvious though)

    I think people such as yourself are the ones who always try and reverse the situation in order to show the apparent racism. You people tend to also forget that these comedians work in the West where 90% are white.

    There is no reversal of this situation as there is not large emigrated population of whites in the East.

    In conclusion, think before you start moaning.

    I am white, and I do not find it at all racially offensive. Yes, black comedians are generally race centric with their subject matter but that is no bad thing; Stephen Amos is incredibly tactful in this respect.

    Considering that i'm black myself well yeah !
    And no most black people aren't racist there's obviously going to be some racist ones like there is in every other race , but using the phrase 'most' is a slightly dramatic exaggeration

    I don't find it racist, i just think it's stupid :confused:.
    While we're on the subject, why do black comedians always have to make jokes about race? I can't think of any that don't do it. In fact, I watched Lenny Henry at the Apollo the othre night, and his whole act pretty much centered around it. Don't they have anything else to go on? I'm not being 'racist', just honest, but a white person would not get away with that.
    I think everyone knows Lenny Henry isn't funny, black and white alike.
