You need to have satisfied the conditions of your offer, whatever they might be, by 2 September this year. If it's a non-academic requirement you should check with the uni what evidence you need to provide and how.

Pretty sure thats an illegal condition, but getting DSA is dependant on getting an unconditional offer, so your offer needs to change first before you'll get an entitlement thingy. According to SFE today, anyway.

Not true. Once again SFE illustrate they don't know what they are talking about.

Animals, you've been told before that this is likely to be illegal/discrimination due to SENDA/DDA...have you got in contact with Skill ( http://www.skill.org.uk/ ) - they may be able to help.

Unless the uni can show good and substantial reasons, then they should remove the conditions...it's just useful to have someone to help point that out to them

I had 3 non-academic conditions for my undergrad program (the year before SENDA), only 2 of which are legal now (fitness and enhanced CRB...the one which was disability related would not now be legal).
