    For the past week I have felt really angry, not for any specific reason and I have flipped out twice (as in got angry enough to start shouting rather loud) but i dont know where this is coming form. Im normally really laid back but I just feel so ******* angry at everything, its almost like the slightest thing gets me irritated.

    I really hate feeling angry, like that knot in your stomach like your gonna do something irresponsible and stupid.

    Any advice/ ideas on how to kinda calm it a bit/?

    lie on the floor in your bedroom.. on your back... and just think... no tv on, no music, no computer... just silence...

    Listen to music, take a walk in the park, do both at the same time?

    i sit on a bus and ride around, sounds weird but it really does help you think, expecially with an ipod in

    Go to a concert and pull, I suggest hardcore rap, rock or metal ... Angry sex, pop, jazz and classic don't really go together ...
