You support them socially, but not economically. That's an awful mixture.

It's true. I don't see why you have to reply facetiously.

So long as their protests are done legally, I'm behind them all the way.

Even if not- I'm not going to complain about Griffin's lunatics being denied a platform. UAF aren't anti-democratic- they're no different from any other pressure group that happens to form rallies and counter-protests.

They're not exactly engaging in voter fraud, are they?
To be fair, as much as I hate teh BNP, atleast Griffin campaigns against policies taht have already been put in place happening. UAF just campaigns against other's opinions, which is well, annoying.

Denying someone else a platform is very undemocratic - everyone has a right to speak and be heard.

UAF are basically a front for the SWP.

Grass roots organisations are where it's at if you truly wish to oppose racists and xenophobic boneheads.

I love how they call themselves "unite against fascism" yet their main policy is fascistically denying others the right to speak and run in democratic elections. It's all about hate with them. Rather than offering real alternatives to the BNP for the white working class, they just try to demonise anyone who disagrees with them.

UAF are a anti-democratic violent set of commies.

UAF HATE = anyone who oppose mass immigration or radical islam , UAF automatically brand people as a "nazi" or "racist"

UAF = attack BNP whenever they hold (meetings & press conferences) to silence freedom of speech.

UAF = fail to debate with BNP, they use this excuse that they don't debate with "fascists", reality is uaf have nothing to offer in a debate other than "nazi" and "racist"

    .
heres the future of uk if UAF get there way .

The morons of UAF called the EDL demo on sat nazis and racists, they wound up the crowd and innocent whites got attacks by gangs of mulims.

Do I support a violent, undemocratic and intolerant group because they'll say I'm a racist if I don't?

    Nah.

There's certainly evidence that this 'English Defence League' were either set up or supported by the BNP: http://barthsnotes.wordpress.com/200...eague-website/

I'm still of the view that the EDL are a collection of football hooligan 'firms' who were persuaded that if they turned up and chanted anti Muslim rhetoric they'd get a ruck (which is what footy hooligans live for). Apparently they were well sorted out though.

    Found this on their site:

    http://www.uaf.org.uk/news.asp?choice=70128

Note how they seem to deny that radical (key word) Islam is as racist and xenophobic like the BNP are.

They also distort what Cameron says, by saying he's attacking 'muslim community organisations' when he actually says 'radical Islam'.

Forget the EDL, the UAF seem to be a front organisation for something far more sinister.

    Useful idiots?

In the eyes of UAF, racism can only be towards the Muslim community, and anything other than is brave people fighting against the forces of evil.
