I had depressions 1,5 years ago and also took an antideprisant during that time but i never went to a psychologist. Also because of the fact that I do not live in my homecountry and had trouble to get an appointment.

Now, I am doing an exchange semester, so it is kind of impossible to go to an psychologist in case it is not an emergency.

Well, I thought about an email psychologist. Just someone who reads what I have to say and replies.
I am actually ok now but I feel a bit depressed.
