Can Big Issue Sellers be reported for rudeness?
One has been rude to me several times over the last few weeks and thus far I have just walked past and ignored the sad little man. If he does it again, can he be reported to big issue as he is giving them a bad name- some are really nice and now-and-again I buy a copy but this guys comments are puttine me off - I have no obligation to give him a penny and don't appricate him making comments about me.

Says they can be reported - if he does it again I will. I will never buy one from him - but I do of other guys so its not as if I'm a miserable git (well not entirely).

The legal definition of 'homelessness' btw is someone without a permanent home. So he could still be considered 'legally homeless' if he is living in some kind of temporary accommodation,
I can't understand why you think he'd be giving other 'big issues sellers' 'a bad name'? If I belonged to the local operatic society and I bashed you over the head (not that I would), I wouldn't be giving all members of that group a 'bad name', would I?
