    Hi,

I have been in the UCAS cycle on and off since 2006 and I would like to see what information they hold about me, and also some of my grades got messed up due to changing school so I want to see if they have my accurate grades.

Is this possible? If so, who do I contact and does it cost much?

    Many thanks.

Also, can I do this with individual unis? Do they hold information about past applications/offers/rejections?

    Thanks.

And I'm answering my own question:

    Data Protection
    The Data Protection Act 1998

Before submitting your application online, you must read and agree to the declaration displayed on Apply. When you agree to the declaration, you agree that we and the universities and colleges can process your information and keep a copy of your application to collect statistics and to detect and prevent fraud.

The Data Protection Act 1998 allows you to ask us for a copy of all the information we have about your application. We charge £10 for this service to cover administrative costs. If you would like a copy of your information, please write to us giving your full name, address, and personal ID, and send us a cheque or postal order for £10, payable to UCAS. Applications are kept at UCAS for 3 years.

Please send your request and cheque or postal order to UCAS, Rosehill, New Barn Lane, Cheltenham, Glos GL52 3LZ.

I guess my second question still stands...can I do it with unis?

UCAS submits information to the Uni's, so they will only have what UCAS holds. I doubt a uni would send information, they'd just refer you to UCAS.
