I like playing sports and working out, I must do it even in Ramadhan.
Was thinking of playing a bit more and coming back in time for iftar, lucky tho cos it's pouring here.
:ditto: I think 1-2 hours is fine for me. I normally go football around 5 and I come back around 7. By the time I have a shower and that it's Iftar time. :yep:

Yeah true, if I don't go to the gym/play footie I feel so lazy throughout the day. I think hunger is not the problem if you stay occupied with something even if that be sports, but you would need to eat quite a lot at suhoor if your going to do a lot of running.

I think it's similar to squash but few different rules and mainly played in london, I used to play it too. Instead of a raquet you use your hand for hitting the ball and also no side walls.

    lol no

i never hear of squach. Patball is played in front of a wall with a tennis ball, where you throw the ball on the ground, it bounces from the ground to the wall, back down to the floor, bounces back up and the next person as to "tap" it only once to do the same. dunno if i explained it properly

Yeah I think I get you :yep:

Squash is a very fast game(depending on who you're playin),played with 2 players usually(can be played with 4)...the players use squash racquets and a squash ball...

Basically, the ball must hit the front wall everytime and must be hit before it bounces twice.
