    I like fish. Haven't experimented much with the crustaceans. Mussels just look weird and it's hard to find lobster that is ok for a student budget! Not a fan of prawns, but I do like breaded scampi.
    Well I suppose their mostly Kurdish or Arab refugees, and Albanians. which may make them harder to spot. The biggest community is in Milano and Rome.

    It's still relatively small although during the Gaza protests there was a big row because a large protest in Milan stopped in front of the Cathedral and did Namaz.

    Mussles are amazing, I can see that if you've never eaten them before they would appear weird, I'm guessing your Pakistani/Indian? I suppose seafood wasn't a part of your diet when you were growing up.

    I really wouldn't compare good Italian seafood to breaded scampi:p:
