    Fried eggs + lots of water keeps you going through till iftar.

    Protein is the best thing you could have before dawn, takes a long time to digest.

    Water is important for obvious reasons, but it is too often neglected.

    force-drink yourselves.

    That's nothing, I use up a tray of 30 eggs in one day.
