    They're not bad...quite used to fasting now,so it's not as bad as it was when I'd just started fasting...the amazing food at Iftar acts as an extra motivation,so it's all good

    Glad your used to it. My body isnt liking now the fact i eat in the evenings. I have very small portions. But Iftar food is wonderful. I'm the only one fasting in the house but I still make sure there is something special, or at least i really love to eat

    Yeah...at the start,the body can struggle to adapt to the change,because it's so sudden :yep:

    Nope, been doing it since I was 10. Its becoming second nature. Hardly get hungry too. I had two pieces of cheese on toast (with copious amounts of chilli sauce) and didnt get hungry till 5.30. Which is nice
    And yourself? Is this your first time?

    Oh right...I just assumed that because you said your body didn't like the fact that you were eating in the evenings...because usually,after the first year or so,the body gets used to it...well,my body has
