So how have you coped with not being able to get in first time round?

    Has your determination altered?

Do you wish you had done things differently?

Does the fact that some of your own peers will become doctors before you depress you?

I guess, is it all going to be worth it?

On the day I got my results I cried and cried and cried managed to get my biomed offer through clearing tho so was a step forward. Now i see it as a slight good thing that I didnt ill be alot more mature when I graduate which being the youngest in my year will be a significant factor for me.

    Has your determination altered?
Yes im actually now more determined as i know that the research alternative i always had in my mind isnt for me.

Do you wish you had done things differently?
I say i wish i had worked harder for my alevels but at the end of the day i wouldnt have meet the people i have who will likely remain friends for life. Its swings and roundabouts, if the money its costing for my 1st degree didnt matter then i would be happy to do this all over again.

Does the fact that some of your own peers will become doctors before you depress you?
Nope age is only a number it not like ill even be 25 when i graduate so ill still be too young to be even considered an independant student.

I guess, is it all going to be worth it?
yes it what i really want to do and know i realise this more than ever

    1. at first I was quite unhappy that I didn't get in as you can imagine but that soon passed
    2. I am perhaps more determined now as i've already been through the whole process once and I don't want to get rejected for a second time
3.yes but I only really realised that after I had been through the process so I know what I will change when I reapply
    4. not really because if I get in then the people in my year will be my new peers.
    5. should be
