Hey all, am currently a little worried out by one or two issues that have cropped up with this, my finance application for hopefully starting uni in September.

    1) I just got the letter that requires signing to definetly, absolutely get student finance in the post today. When applying for the course finance online I know I selected the course for my firm choice uni, and thus on one document I recieved today in the "Student Details" section, under "University or College:" it just says the name of my firm uni and the course I wish to do there.

Do I need to do the application process entirely over again but again for my insurance choice university if I end up studying there? I.e. are 2 applications needed for my two uni choices, or will my application for finance for my firm carry over to my insurance?

    2) I selected to have my student finance definetly, absolutely means tested. I and my parents sent their P60 evidence in the post in what must have been late June/early July. In the Finance Declaration Form I recieved in the post today it says my finance has NOT been means tested because "we don't have sufficient evidence to carry out full financial assessment". Apparently "Sponsor 1" and "Sponsor 2" have not provided financial evidence.

I am hoping that they are still to be found at the Student Finance building or warehouse where they must store all the evidence sent to them. What shall I do? Should I wait until they find and read and process the evidence sent to them? Or should I sign and send back the Declaration Form and might they then find the evidence sent?

I am grateful for having some finance available for the start of term, but as explained I was hoping for it to be means tested.

Thanks for your time, and any help/pointers will be very much appreciated.

    H.

You need to fill a change of circumstances (CO1?) form. As for the second question, search the forum - it's been asked loads of times.
