Hero is going on eBay tonight.

Oh how I'll miss its chin :moon:

However having just used it for the first time in about a week I cannot see myself ever going back to that small a screen/resolution again. I'm actually finding it hard to use my iPod touch without judging its screen.

I could maybe settle for 4"... but not 3.7"... I used a Desire for the first time properly on Friday.

    It's tiny!

What are your comments on the Desire S, Wildfire S, Incredible S and Salsa? I don't really know what all the specs mean

Desire/Inc are pretty good. Not top top end but fairly powerful.
The Wildfire is OK, it's good for the normal user.

I'm tempted by the Desire just because it's battery is better than the Inc. Have to wait until June and see

Anyone know if FPSE (PSX emulator) runs smoothly on the HTC Legend? I already know that PSXDroid is useless for the Legend but I've been told that FPSE is faster.

I really doubt it would run well.

    Hurry up 2.3.3 rollout.
    What's in 2.3.3?
With 2.4 blatantly just round the corner what use is 2.3.3 when the only phone actually running 2.3 will be the first to get updated? :p:

2.3.3 brings an API update (to 10) which adds loads of new and exciting NFC hooks for developers. And I'm trying to do some NFC development, so it'll be good.

2.4 looks like it'll be a relatively small release really, if it mostly just adds good dual-core support.

(Heck, 2.4 is small enough that it could legitimately be released as 2.3.4)

Cool :p: *motions hand over head*

If you ever need a beta tester (for apps no involving NFC) then give me a bell :shades:

HTC's new releases are underwhelming. Same old **** design too. Boring.

I'm fairly likely to jump ship to iOS this year. I'm getting kinda bored with Android and it annoys me you don't get the best out of it unless you tinker under the hood with ROMs and such. The apps still have a long way to reach the polish of iOS as well.

If you're bored of Android then you'll be bored of IOS by day 2, also depends which phone you've been using. You don't have to tinker with pretty much all the phones released since the Nexus 1.
