    i convert them to mp4 using these settings: (using handbrake)
    container = .MP4
    encoder = H.264
    Frame rate = 23.976
    Resolution = 320 x 480
    Video bitrate = 768 kbps
    audio encoder = AAC
    Audio bitrate = 96kbps

    still dont work.

    But that would mean paying for the service :/

    Glad you are happy with your choice to stick with the Hero.

    £10 a month for unlimited music seems good to me! I'd spend more than that on iTunes. Plus it works so well

    Haha, I'd hammer my 500MB a month if I used Spotify. I'm happy sticking with my iPod for music though.

    Interesting and true article: http://blogs.techrepublic.com.com/opensource/?p=994
    I don't really like this phone, but the video is so true of both iPhone and Android in general:

    Well, there might be but I don't presume I'll go over it.

    I sync my playlists so they are available offline.

    One question though:

    I have unbilled usage of 75p last month and 88p this month. This is not mobile data usage though as I have checked my online bill and they are are charged at £0.00. Likewise with my texts and calls.

    What is this extra charge for? A handling fee of some sort? :confused:

    IIRC T-Mob is 1.25GB at full speed, and then if you over do it you are capped at a slower speed but not charged any more.

    I may be wrong tho.

    Can you answer post 494 for me? I'm puzzled where the extra 74 and 88p are coming from. I can't locate it on my bill.

    I really have no idea. The only thing you should be charged for is minutes, texts and MBs.. But all of these are covered in your contract..

    If you are sure there is no indication of it on your phone then call T-Mob up and see what they are playing at :P

    Wow, the alarm on my hero has been fecked the last few days....only worked on vibrate and then I realised somehow the volume had been turned down to zero by itself? o.0

    Was a common problem apparently
