Didn't think it would. Phones have moved so fast since mine came out

The Legend never really took off like most HTC phones.

    That's so far away! :nooo:

    Why complain?
Exactly, I always thought choice was a good thing...

That is one ugly mofo. I imagine it looks nicer IRL regarding the stripe, but from the front it already looks like it has a cheap case on.
Meh, I know it will feel and somewhat look like a premium product when I hold it in my hand, however I dont' really like the design either. But then again, I didn't like the design of the Nexus 1 until i got one; I love it now.

Yeah, I know who has it. I think it got over shadowed by the Desire, which is a pitty because its a good phone in its own right

Incredible S or Desire HD ?
Leaning towards the Incredible S because of the battery. They have virtually the same specs. Please no comments telling me wait for the next gen phones as they will be out of my price range.

I'd say Incredible S, is it going for cheaper than the Desire S?

Though I do prefer the styling of the DHD :beard:

Impressive, and it is retailing at alot less than previously thought ~£499 as opposed to ~£599 not cheap, but better than expected!

Though all retailers still list it as 1ghz dual core instead of the 1.2ghz dual core that was announced....

I think the SGSII has probably had a better reception that the HTC phones launched recently...

I'm not one to care about quadrant scores but in this case I will make an exception.

Edit: Didn't realise the link about was the same as mine

Very, very similar scores to the Optimus 2X. That tends to float between 3000 and 3100 points.

They are bringing Android 2.3/Sense 3.0 to the Evo 4G which came out almost a year ago.

    EDIT: Same with the Desire.
Unfortunately not, Although I would have liked it to have been true:

I'm still pretty sure 2.3 is coming, though.

:emo: Like I've said before - my phone is a "production" phone. I can't install experimental/unproven firmware on there because I need the phone to be 100% functional, 100% of the time. When I upgrade in the next couple of months, my OSF will become my little play toy.
Same reason I don't keep mine up to date

    SPB Shell 3D Mini Review

    The Good:

    Sexy as owt
    Really smooth

    The Bad:
Selection bugs galore - moving items on your homescreen / in to folders is a nightmare
No customisation per se - all items go to the top and fill down wards. Moving things can be problematic due to this
    No live wallpaper

    Verdict:
Definitely not worth the money yet, but when it's fixed, my word this will redefine the Android User Experience.
I think I will try it when I have something more powerful than my hero

Looks really nice but need to catch up with news

Sense 3.0 is sexy as **** :sogood:

Hope someone can slim it down so it will fit on the HD2 without much lag :beard:
    Any new features?

    (Original post by mikeyd85)
They left my Hero to rot with 2.1. *******s.
    (Original post by G8D)
Tbh they learned from the Hero. It was their flagship Sense device, I can allow some mistakes.
This both, it was a good device but I read the engadget review after I bought the device and I certainly agree with them summed up in the line, brilliant experience and the way android will go but built on outdated hardware

Just went up to the lakes in the caravan for a few night but in the valleys I have been completely without signal on tmobile.

I did find it hilarious though that my dad was picking up one of the few edge spots in the uk on orange
