Does it show as connected and not work, or it won't connect (Is there a G/3G/H at the top of the screen)?

Can you not connect through Mobile Broadband, Wi-Fi, or both?

Which provider are you with? Do you have an internet limit?

Could have just been dodgy APN settings or your local base station might have run out of capacity.

Have you upgraded to CM7? :awesome:

I don't see what's so great about CM

The only thing I like is DSP Manager

Go to settings -> applications -> manage applications -> (all) -> internet (or browser) -> force stop

then re-open it, it happens on my old Hero sometimes

It's the latest version of Android, which is nice.

It seemed to just sort itself out so fingers crossed it was just some random issue

That's true, but HTC Sense <3

MIUI is fun to play with as well

I've not bothered with MIUI, not a fan of the iOS style in the first place.

Gingerbread. Been developed from the ground up - rather than a leaked kludge like many ROMs. Highly customisable. Reliable. Very active community.
It's everything I look for in a ROM, really.

HTC Sense UI ain't all that, really.

The first thing I would do with that is slap vanilla Android on it. That HTC Sense is clearly lagging in that video and the phone is running a dual core CPU - wtf is that about?

:yep: Sense is too fussy for my liking. I like a clean, simple interface. And don't get me started about that ****ing clock widget. :lolwut:

I still want it, it does look like it's just a software that causes the lag...

Saying that the release date is still up in the air and it is getting closer and closer to the release date of the Samsung tablet....

Yeah if you look a few pages back...

It's nice an all but I can't see me leaving LauncherPro for it....

Launcherpro is a well rounded launcher. Shell 3d only offers eyecandy in exchange for many spondoolies.

Imo launcherpro is a lot better, you can get it free but launcherpro Plus is a paid app. Try it and see what you think...SPB is a bit of a show off app, I don't think I could use it day to day...

Anyone got an LG Optimus 2x? How are you finding it? For £379.99 it's probably the best value dual core phone you can get. I will be installing a custom ROM first thing so the skin etc isn't much of a problem for me.
