Postgraduate Research/Msc Computer Science

I have a BSC Comp.Science degree from Scotland,UK.(Not an honours degree). I have been in business since my degree, almost 12 years. I want to return to studying computer science as a Phd,research posting or a masters degree. I was looking for advice as to which university and course to apply to?It doesn't have to be in the UK.USA or any other country is also acceptable,as long as teaching is in English. Is there any advice from u knowledgable people.I am not uptodate with which universities/countries are, at present, leading in the computer field.Advice on this would also be much appreciated.My ultimate aim is to use this Masters degree as a platform for a Phd or research posting and eventully employment.

I searched carefuly for a degree
and I am convinced it is a great university
and they have many research fields

The best schools I feel are, MIT in the US and Imperial College London in the United Kingdom. I am going to University College London for my Masters in Computer Science. They have a great program too. Other programs I like are at New York University and Kings College London.

You might want to think about your likely research areas. MSc programs are, in general, usually used as the "first year" of the PhD program in most universities.
