Break India, says China think-tank!!

China says they want to break India up into 20-30 independent states, this will mean we will have less international power and status. I think this is pathetic by the Chinese. We should divide China instead!
Furthermore there will be far less unity between fellow Indian individuals and hatred will occur between different states and sectors which will cause war which will lead to exploitation by other countries and even the 20-30 states being invaded and taken over by other countries.
'The Times of India quoted it as saying that Beijing "should work towards the the break-up of India into 20-30 independent states with the help of friendly countries like Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal and Bhutan.'
All these countries used to be part of Ancient India and even countries like Afghanistan. So you can see what has happened, it is all divide and conquer when a one country is rising to the top and faces pressure internationally from other countries.

why should we listen to them anyway.... why doesnt china first break its own country and then tell some1 else....

India is the main threat to China in Asia. I suspect some members of the Chinese government would love India to be broken up as it would destroy the country economically and enable China to achieve vastly superior dominance in the region.

of course there is no way.. this is going to happen.... no matter how hard they try..because the general public wont be willing except the kasmiris... i dont get about the tamils?.... where are they protesting for a independent state? because i haven't heard of that?

it could happen, India can hardly be considered wholly unified, and historically hasnt been either.
