Kingston university is a great place to study. The environment is lovely and friendly, you will always find someone with common interests and it's very easy to make friends. The Kington town is a huge plus point, it has everything from shopping to food and night life.

Student Life in Kingston

While studying is a key part of university life, they encourage their students to enjoy the fantastic activities available and to take part in the many social events. These include student clubs, societies, sports and leisure activities and students' union events. Kingston is a modern market town situated in the lovely, green county of Surrey. It is a friendly place packed with historic buildings, leisure venues and open spaces.

As a Kingston student you're just a 30-minute train ride away from the excitement and variety of London, so you can take advantage of all it offers – from arts and culture to job and career opportunities. London is home to many of the world's leading brands and organisations, especially in the business, creative and science industries so it's the perfect place to gain valuable work experience and start a successful career after university. Kingston not only boasts a beautiful riverside location and gorgeous green spaces, but there's always something on to keep you busy throughout the year, from fun get-togethers, festivals and fairs. At night Kingston transforms into a haven for party-goers, with popular bars and nightclubs. There's something for everyone, especially students.
