Student Life in Bradford

Bradford is a diverse, vibrant and well-connected city in the heart of Yorkshire. It is an exciting time in the city, with new developments such as the Broadway shopping centre, the creation of the Sunbridgewells underground retail and leisure complex, and the restoration on the beautiful Odeon building overlooking City Park.

As well as the city centre - home to the University's main campus - Bradford includes several smaller towns and villages, each with their own distinctive character. There is so much to see and do in the Bradford district, from wandering around a museum to hiking across the landscape made famous by the Bronté sisters.

From independent shops and boutiques to markets to the newly developed shopping centres, there is everything in Bradford for a student’s shopping needs. With a range of sports activities and a vast array of nightlife, there is plenty to keep a student entertained in Bradford.
