I instantly felt at home. I am very keen on theatre and the student theatre society has become a second family. The courses I take are interesting and there is so much support available. I was terrified before I started and now I secretly wish I didn't have to come home over summer!

Student Life in Glasgow

Glasgow is one of Scotland’s great cities and boasts rich Victorian and art nouveau culture. It’s a cultural hub full of music, shopping, dance, museums, thriving nightlife, sports and theatre, and offers an iconic place for learning and teaching. The stunning campus of the University of Glasgow boasts over 100 listed buildings and its landmark neo-Gothic main building.

The University of Glasgow is comprised of three campuses: Gilmorehill, Garscube, and Dumfries. The Glasgow City Bus is the most convenient form of transport between the campuses and come every 30 minutes or more. Other buses travel through campus and the Westerton train station is only a 10 minutes walk away.
