Aber is so amazing! The academic staff are brilliant, really helpful and encouraging to make you think outside the box, the uni is right next to a lovely coastline, so everyone goes down to the beach when the sun’s out to relax – a highlight of the year. The nightlife is also great, loads of bars in town and everyone’s up for it – you end up not needing the union (besides the legendary Bierkeller) after first year, there’s so much on in town.

Excellent, I almost didn't come here because I thought it was too far from my home in Devon, what I quickly realised was that unless you plan on going home every week the distance from home doesn't matter.
