Course details
Course UCAS code: M13X
Qualification type:
  • BA (Hons), Full-time Including Foundation Year , Duration: 4 Years
Course Summary:
This is a **four year degree tau**ght at our Hope Park campus. The Foundation Year aims to develop your skills so that after a year, you will be equipped with the necessary skills needed for studying the full BA Hons degree programme. **Education** Studying Education at Liverpool Hope will help you to develop academically as you engage with evidence and research, professionally as you link theory to practice, preparing you for a wide variety of work contexts, and personally as you think more deeply about your own values and aspirations. Our degree will bring education to life, tackling important questions such as ‘Can education help overcome inequality in society?’ and ‘How does modern technology transform the learning and teaching experience?’. It is structured around the four key disciplines of education: psychology, sociology, history, and philosophy. Each discipline provides a different lens through which key ideas and issues in education can be understood. **Law** Law shapes our society and influences every aspect of our lives. It defines our obligations and legal requirements, serves to regulate and define relationships and provides a means of redress when problems arise. To study Law is not only to study a challenging subject, but also to study the rules, principles and policies that underpin society. This degree gives you a theoretical and philosophical grounding in Law, as well as the ability to engage in its practical study and application.

The LIMF, Africa Oye and Brazilica are highlights of the year, three amazing festivals with sensational music, food, and parties, and if you can get into Berry & Rye, you’ll have the best cocktails ever.
