Human Geography explores the locations and nature of human activity and its impact on the natural and social environments. The great issues facing us in the 21st Century are all bound up with the principles of Human Geography including, sustainability, climate change, poverty, inequality, social justice, the housing crisis, urbanisation, migration, food and energy security. The courses will explore these contemporary issues, analyse and debate their causes and research possible policy and practical solutions.
