This course, designed in partnership with healthcare providers and commissioners, works around the framework of childbirth as a normal physiological process most women will experience in their lives. We also look at situations where some women have more complex needs. Youâll have opportunities to develop your practice skills, applying your learning in maternity support settings. Many graduatesâ 1st jobs are where they
worked in placements during their training.

The uni’s in the perfect place to explore London from, with Borough Market and London Bridge on one side and Waterloo and the South Bank all within 15 minutes’ walk from campus. The Halls are great, even if Elephant & Castle might be a bit daunting at first. You'll ahve great support from lecturers, who are friendly and challenge students academically, and there's a wide range of facilities and helpful technicians. The careers support service and SU are also amazing, really dedicated to helping students out and very approachable.
