This course has a very âhands-onâ element, with 50% of your learning being based within practice placements with local NHS Trusts, private sector healthcare and specialist providers, enabling you to take your theory into real-life settings.
Our Child Nursing Studies degree ensures you will graduate as a skilled and knowledgeable childrenâs nurse, able to respond to healthcare needs, work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and provide excellent and innovative care.
Upon graduation you will obtain Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration as a qualified nurse ensuring you are âwork readyâ and which allows you to apply for employment as a registered childrenâs nurse in the UK.
